1. Facebook bought Instagram in order to make more money and profit in the revenue and in order to be recognised as Conglomerate major Company and Industry .
2. The benefits for vertical integration is that it allows major companies to be more successful economically and they do not have to do any of research for a app or something as the company their buying is already doing that .
3.It cancels out competition between other companies because by buying that company , no more extra money has to be spent to defeat that company and instead they will make money from both.
4. A less successful company which has been bought by a major mainstream company .
